Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays, therefore orders placed on Friday after 12.00 PM EST and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday). 

Domestic Shipping

We offer free ground shipping for all orders within the US.

Once your order ships, you will receive shipment confirmation via email with a USPS tracking number, which you will be able to use to check the status of your delivery. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive.

Service Delays

We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weatherconditions, natural disasters, etc. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself. The shipping fee is non-refundable. In cases such as these, please directly contact the courier with any inquiries.

Failed Deliveries

In the event that the courier is unable to deliver an order due to incorrect address entered by the Customer, weare not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier, and for payment of re-shipping merchandise to the Customer. In cases such as these, the Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

Incorrect Item

If you happen to receive an item that does not reflect your purchase order, please contact us immediately at info@sigarx.com , so we can proceed with return and replacement of the merchandise involved.

If the correct item is available, we will ship the replacement – once we receive the returned merchandise.

If the correct item is not available, either store credit or refund will be issued - once we receive the returned merchandise.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SigarX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event a package is lost or stolen, either the receiver or SigarX will need to contact the courier directly to open an investigation. We are unable to move forward until the investigation is complete.
